- 水环境承载力是一个国家或地区持续发展过程中各种资源承载力的重要组成部分，是制约人类社会发展的"瓶颈"，是决定人类经济社会发展速度和规模的重要因素.用层次分析和模加和的方法分析河北省水环境承载力的动态变化，实现水资源的可持续利用.
- Abstract:
- Water environment carrying capacity is an important component of various kinds of resources carrying capacity of one country or regional lasting evolution,and often restrict of the human social development,it is an important factor which determining the development speed and the scale of human society.With the method of hierarchy analysis and mould and method together,it analysed the dynamic change of the water environment carrying capacity of Hebei.
