摘要:
生物多样性是人类赖以生存的基础，论述了西北干旱地区生物多样性的现状、该区生物多样性的特点以及生物多样性的意义与价值，从而指出研究该区的生物多样性可以让人们更好地认识干旱区的生物多样性状况，为生物多样性的保护和科学管理提供依据。
Abstract:
Biodiversity is the basis of people’s living. This article discusses the existing condition of the biodiversity in arid regions of Northwest, characteristic of the biodiversity in these regions and the significance and the value of the biodiversity are discussed, and it points out that study the biodiversity in these regions could let people know condition of the biodiversity in arid regions better and could put forward a good method to protect and scientifically manage the biodiversity.
