摘要:
山西地处黄土高原东部，水土流失非常严重，生态环境的恶化严重阻碍其可持续发展战略的实施。以山西省97个县域作为研究对象，共选取3大类12项指标，通过层次分析法计算出各指标的权重，采用模糊综合评判方法对各县生态环境脆弱度进行计算和定量评价，并根据最大隶属原则把97个县份分别划分为强度脆弱、中度脆弱和轻度脆弱三种不同脆弱等级。计算结果表明，山西省生态环境脆弱形势十分严重，有52个属于强度脆弱，28个属于中度脆弱，17个属于轻度脆弱。
Abstract:
Shanxi Province lies in the east of Loess Plateau. With the population explosion and over development of the natural resources,there are many eco-environmental problems, especially soil erosion. The eco-environmental degradation has seriously held back the economic development of Shanxi and affected the implementation of the sustainable development strategy. 97 counties in Shanxi are taken as assessment cells. Adopting analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy synthetic estimate (FSE) to quantitatively assess and calculate the fragile degrees, and then 97 counties were divided into different classes based on the most subject principle.The result is accords with actual situation, and shows that this way is practical.
