摘要:
探讨基于WebGIS技术的城市防洪暨堤防信息管理系统的解决方案和实现方法，并对应用系统的软硬件环境、体系结构、系统内容、主要功能、技术特点进行详细说明，系统具有较强的应用价值，在安庆防洪分析与堤防信息管理中发挥了重要作用。
Abstract:
On the basis of the technology of webGIS,the solvable program and realizing solution of defending the flood of city and managing the information of dike are analyzed,at the same time this program’s condition of soft and hard,structure,contain,function and characteristic are expounded.It has some value of application. There is an example of Anqing city to explain it’s important use in analyzing flood and managing the information of dike.
