- 主要针对茂名市工业立市中水土资源十分紧缺、流失严重、迫切需要合理利用的问题进行了全面分析，指出该地区水土资源的发展潜力和存在的主要问题，并根据茂名市的社会经济发展的实际状况提出了有地区特色的水土资源利用措施，使该地区的水土资源利用与环境、经济达到可持续的协调发展。
- Abstract:
- Based on analyses of disputative shortage and serious erosion and rational utilization of water and soil resources in Maoming City,which developed with industries, the development potentialities and existing problems in utilizing land and water resource are presented, some suggestions are put forward about water and soil resources use,according to the actual use state of soil and water resources, and resources developed with environment and economy harmonically in Maoming.
