摘要:
"3S"技术是近年来发展起来的高新技术，在各行各业的发展中将发挥越来越重要的作用。"3S"技术在水土保持行业具有广阔的应用前景，为水土流失动态监测、水土保持规划、工程设计、效益评估等提供准确、快速的手段；为领导决策提供全面、科学、准确的依据。使水土保持管理工作实现信息化、自动化、智能化和高效化，进一步提高水土流失的防治水平。
Abstract:
The "3S" are new technologies recently developed, and more and more application of them have improved development in many fields.The "3S"technologies have a comprehensive perspective of applications on soil and water conservation.They can provide accurate, fast way for soil erosion monitoring, planning, engineering design, benefit evaluation of soil conservation, and support the decision making.The applications of "3S" will promote the informational, automatic intellective,and effective administration on soil and water conservation, and enhance its level.
