摘要:
城郊工业废弃地具有较高的旅游开发潜力，进行工业废弃地旅游开发是一种新型的治理方法，具有较为广阔的应用前景。采用SWOT分析法，以新乡市凤泉区一处工业废弃地为实证案例，全面分析城郊工业废弃地旅游开发的优势和劣势，面临的机遇和挑战。根据SWOT矩阵(细分为SO矩阵、WO矩阵、ST矩阵、WT矩阵)确定了城郊工业废弃地旅游开发的基本策略。以SWOT分析结果为依据指导了凤泉区一处废弃地的旅游景观规划，将其改造为集经济生产、生态保护、文化教育、科学研究、避灾防灾为一体的旅游地。
Abstract:
The suburb industrial wasteland has high potential travel value,the industrial wasteland in suburb is developed for tourism land is a new government method that has the broader application prospect.Taking an industrial wasteland lies in phoenix-spring area of Xinxiang city as a case,the superiority and inferiority,opportunity and challenge of suburb industrial wasteland faced with were analyzed using the SWOT analytic method.According to the SWOT matrix (segmentation are the SO matrix,the WO matrix,the ST matrix,the WT matrix),the basic tourism development strategy of the suburb industrial wasteland were determined.The tourism landscape planning of an industrial wasteland lies in phoenix-spring area of Xinxiang city was instructed with the SWOT analysis result,it was transformed a tourism place collecting economic production,ecological protection,culture and education,scientific research,disaster prevention,etc values.
