摘要:
开发建设项目项目水土保持监测是准确掌握项目建设水土流失动态变化和水土保持措施实施效果的重要手段与基础性工作。在深入分析开发建设项目水土保持监测的科学内涵和重要意义的基础上，结合水土保持监测实践经验，采用层次结构分析模型法初步构建了一套开发建设项目水土保持监测指标体系，旨在为科学、有序开展开发建设项目水土保持监测工作提供技术支撑。
Abstract:
Soil and water conservation monitoring for construction and exploitation projects is an important means to know about the process of soil erosion and the effects of combating measures objectively.In order to promote it to be carried out effectively,a suit of monitoring index system is established,based on profound analysis to the scientific definition of soil and water conservation monitoring for construction and exploitation projects.
