- 水电站最优装机容量的选择实质上是一个对多参数、多因素、多属性评价的综合决策问题，因此，根据某一个单向目标去选择装机容量，得到的结果未必客观.通过对小容量水电站的五种装机方法的"定性"分析和"定量"验证，指出了各种方法间的差异缺陷，在此基础上，提出了应用模糊数学方法选择装机容量的设想，以期弥补传统方法之不足.经实例验证，采用模糊数学的方法是客观、合理的，具有一定的可行性.
- Abstract:
- Choosing installed capacity of hydropower station is actually a decisive problem to evaluate multi-parameters, multi-factors, and multi-attributes.Therefore, it is not objective to choose installed capacity only according to single aspect.The authors put forward differences and shortcomings through qualitative analysis and quantitative test of 5 methods of installation of small-sized hydropower station.Based on this, an idea of choosing installed capacity with fuzzy mathematics method was raised to make up for traditional shortcomings.Living examples proved that this method was objective, rational, and practicable.
