摘要:
通过分析西北干旱区水资源特点及利用现状，指出由于特殊的地理位置区内水资源本来总体就不足，加之全球气候变化使得这一地区内陆河的补给水源——冰川雪线上升，使水的问题在干旱区显得更为重要。而水资源利用上的过度和不当不仅对水资源造成极大的浪费而且引发了一系列的环境——生态问题。其中最突出的是内陆河中游农灌区盐渍化与下游荒漠化。以期人们在开发利用水资源的同时能加以重视，从而更好地利用现有的资源为经济发展提供保障。
Abstract:
Basing on analysis of characteristics and utilization of water resource in arid area of northwest China,it is pointed out that the utilization and exploitation of water resource in that area have led to a serials of impacts on eco-environment because of the economic profit.But people has not recognized the significance,they still unduly harness the water resource even waste it.A set of environment deterioration problems,such as desertization and salinization of soil,have risen during water resource being exploited because the ecosystem is rather weak.All above will further deteriorate environment and hold back the economic development of the northwest of China.
