- 在论述吉林省黑土区水土流失状况、危害程度的基础上，分析了水土流失成因，包括自然因素、人为因素等，提出了吉林省黑土区水土流失防治对策，包括生物措施、工程措施、农业保护性耕作措施、开展沟壑治理等综合治理措施。对保护黑土地、改善生态环境、建设生态省都具有重要意义。
- Abstract:
- Based on the situation of soil and water loss in black earth area in Jinlin Province,the cause of soil and water loss and natural and artificial factors are analyzed,the preventives for soil and water loss in this area are raised,including biological measure, engineering measure,agricultural protective tillage measure, comprehensive measure to control gullies.These are of great significance for protecting black earth, improving eco-environment,establishing ecological province.
