- 随着国家西部大开发战略的实施，广西区党委和政府也紧紧抓住这难得的发展机遇，明确提出了“富民兴桂新跨越”的发展战略，而有着得天独厚区位和资源优势的广西沿海地区，系我国西部地区惟一的一片海岸带，随着西部大开发战略的不断推进，必将形成聚集广西乃至我国西部经济的核地带和发展极。在分析广西沿海地区的战略区位、资源优势、经济发展现状及存在问题的基础上，认为其区位特别优越，新的国际国内环境等都有利于该区域经济的迅速崛起；并在此基础上提出了其可持续发展的主要战略布局和对策。
- Abstract:
- With the execution of the National Western Great Exploitation, the Party Committee and government of Guangxi are just catching hold of the developing opportunity and put forward the developmental strategy of "a new leap for the people’s richness and Guangxi’s prosperity", basing upon the unique advantages of zone-belt and resources of Guangxi coastland, which is the only coastline belonging to the western China, and surely come to form the core-zone and developing point in Guangxi and western economic belt.Based on an analysis of the strategic location, resource superiority, present economic developing situation and existing problems of Guangxi coastal area, its benefits for its economy rising counting upon the superior location and new investment environment at home and abroad are illustrated, a rational proposal of the dominant strategic distribution and measures for its sustainable development are put forward.
