- 中国科学院对全国31个行政区的可持续发展能力排队结果表明:山西位第26位,人均国内生产总值4712.3元,为全国平均水平的77.94%,经济明显落后于全国水平.如何改变这种局面,运用生态学原理,在分析山西生态环境的基础上,指出山西实现可持续发展的前提在于改善生态环境,并提出改善山西生态环境的对策.
- Abstract:
- A recently published analysis of an important survey taken by CAS,of 31 administraitive districts across the country shows that Shanxi Province ranks as low as 26th in terms of capacity for sustained development.It proves that the economy of Shanxi Province lags behind the national average,its per capita GDP,$4712.3,reaching to only 77.94% of the national average.How to change the situation? By analyzing Shanxi’s ecological environment,it argues that the precondition of Shanxi’s sustained development is to improve the ecological environment,and puts forward some countermeasures.
