- 在对闽江流域生态环境研究的基础上，并对该区自然灾害的时序特点进行分析，揭示了该区洪水灾害与森林生态环境的严重退化密切相关，提出了全面恢复和重建流域森林生态系统的措施，指出恢复和重建流域森林生态系统是防灾减灾的根本之路。
- Abstract:
- Based on investigation of environment and analysis of section occasionally sequence peculiarity of natural calamity in Minjiang valley. Finding the intimate relation between floodwater and forest ecological severe degeneration, putting forward the measure to entirely resume and reconstruct is ultimately pathway to prevent and reduce disaster for Minjiang valley.
