- 就当前在社会主义市场经济条件下，发展小流域经济的前景阐述了观点，总结了在小流域经济开发上的成功经验和治理模式，笔者认为在水土保持小流域治理中应注重区域经济开发，这是把小流域开发治理推向市场经济的重要途径。
- Abstract:
- The author mostly set forth the standpoint of the foreground for developing small watershed economy on condition of socialism market-oriented economy, summarize the successful experience and harnessed pattern for exploitation of small watershed economy. Paying attention to local economic exploitation and harnessing the small watershed of soil and water conservation, this is the important approach to probe the exploitation of small watershed into market-oriented economy.
