- 利用条件评价法衡量农地在环境保育方面的价值，同时采用回归分析检定影响愿付数额的因素。以 l997年价格为基准，台湾农地环境效益的总值约为每年新台币 2230亿元，如果以 86万 hm2农地面积计，则每公顷每年可产生 26万元的环境效益。本研究建议主管当局将此一非市场价值纳入农地管理当中，如此才可使经济发展和环境保护的冲突有最适的平衡点。
- Abstract:
- The value of environmental benefits for farmland was measured by the contingent valuation method here while factors that affectwillingness to pay were then tested through regression analysis.Based upon the price of 1997,total value of environmental benefits forfarmland in Taiwan was about NT $ 223 billion per year,i.e,NT $ 260 000 per hectare per year if total area of farmland is 860 000 hectares.It was suggested thatthe authorities should consider this nonmarket value into the farmland managementso thatthe conflicts between economic development and environmental protection can be optimally balanced.
