- Abstract:
- We must do the work of prevention and supervision well for the soil and water conservation during the exploitation and construction. Through investigation, files and cards havebeen established, and managemental catalog classified aecording different construction projects. The exploitation and construction are carried out according the law of soil and water con-servation, which can reduce new soil and water loss.
