- 三峡工程是一个系统工程，它涉及水利、电力、航运、地质、地理等领域及自然景观问题。以实地调查资料为依据，系统分析了三峡建设中的有利因素与不利条件，特别论证了资源保护与经济发展的关系，提出了相应的对策，为三峡库区经济开发战略提供科学依据，必将对国家决策部门起到应有的咨询作用。
- Abstract:
- According to the spot investigation and data analyses, the advantageous and disadvantageous conditions in the multi-purpose project construction are analysed in this paper by using the view of geography, ecology environmental science, economy, statistics and agronomy,meanwhile, land environmental capacity is discussed and the countermeasures put forward particularly.
