摘要:
随着城市建设的发展，房地产开发和城市基础设施建设成为城市化发展的重要方面，这些项目均涉及地貌、植被和弃土的处理问题。对建设中的随意处理现象，总结为“三随”现象，即随意开挖、随意堆弃、随意倾倒。这种“三随”现象成为目前城市水土流失的主要策源地。因此，防治城市水土流失，必须从根本上控制“三随”现象。
Abstract:
With the development of urbanized construction, real estates development and construction of the basis facility become the mainstream in urbanized development, but these items may destory landforms and vegetation,and involve treatment of discarding soil. For a longterm for some reasons, construction unit which was responsible for these items, adopted way to deal with it,so formed the "three arbitrary phenomena". This paper made some analysis on the phenomenon and cause, and furthermore correct treating ways of some relationship between urbanized construction and soil and water conservation are put forward.
