- 一、自然经济概况 （一）地理位置“三北”防护林地区陕西省的范围，大致是渭北高原南界以北，包括榆林、延安两地区和铜川市的全部以及渭南、咸阳、宝鸡市的一部分，共51个县（市）。大体是陕西的北半部（以下简称陕北），地理坐标是东径106°18’—111°15’，北纬34°07’—39°35’，南北长611公里，东西宽437公里，总面积112万平方公里，占全省总面积的57%。
- Abstract:
- According to natural geographic environment, North Shaanxi Province may be divided in three landforms: sany region, Leoss hilly region and loess highland plain region. Since several hundred years the lands have been used impoperly. It caused the ecologic environment deteriorated and economy depressed. In order to change the current state fundamentally we have to readjust the structure for land use.Then it may be caused not only the economic level of locative people’s life increased, but also a better ecnlogic environment had been formed.
