摘要:
随着中国城市化的发展，经济开发区大量开发，产业逐渐向落后地区转移，这一举措无疑给交通和用地条件都非常受限的落后山区带来了很大的机遇，然而也给规划范围内的生态环境带来了很大的隐患。在强调可持续发展和生态理念的今天，如何在生态保护和经济发展之间保持一个平衡?通过对当地的一些基础数据和基本状况进行分析，发现了落后山区在发展工业化、建设开发区过程中的一些问题，提出了建立大生态圈、进行生态规划、发展绿色环保产业和高新技术产业、政府提高实施运作水平等对策，以期能为中国在城市化过程中开发落后山区提供一些参考。
Abstract:
With the development of Chinese urbanization,economic development zones develop in a large amount and the industry gradually shifts to the backward areas.Undoubtedly,this action has brought the great opportunity to these backward mountain areas where the traffic and landform condition are very restricted,but it has also brought great hidden danger to ecological environment in the planned range.Emphasizing sustainable development and ecological idea as today,how to keep a balance between ecological protection and economic development?Through analyzing about some local basic data and basic conditions,it finds some problems about the backward mountain area in the course of developing industrialization and constructing development area,and proposes the countermeasure of setting up the big ecosphere,carrying on ecological planning,developing green environmental protection industry,new high-tech industry,and government to improve operation level etc.It aims to offer some references for the thing that China develops the backward mountain area in the course of urbanization.
