- 随着长株潭经济一体化工作的快速发展，湖南省政府提出了建立“湘江生态经济带”、建设“全国生态城市”设想，以强化湘江作为长株潭区域经济发展轴的功能。围绕湘江生态经济带这根主线，在分析评价生态与环境现状的基础上，重点研究沿江风光带建设和区域经济发展对生态与环境的影响，正确处理好经济发展和生态与环境保护的关系，以实现生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的高效统一，达到推动长株潭区域经济可持续发展的目的。
- Abstract:
- Along with fast development of the Chang-Zhu-Tan’s economic integration,the provincial government of Hunan puts forward to establish "the Xiang River Eco-economy Zone" and "National Ecological City",to enhance the Xiang River’s function of Chang-Zhu-Tan district economy development axle.Around the main line of the Xiang River eco-economy zone,basing on the analysis of evaluating the ecological environment present condition,the impact of development of Xiang River’s landscape zone and district economy on the ecology and environment is studied,the relation between economy development and eco-environmental protection is dealt with properly,realizing the ecological benefits,economic and social results efficiently and attaining purpose of Chang-Zhu-Tan’s district economy sustainable development.
