摘要:
采用相对资源承载力的研究思路与方法，计算分析了1978～1998年安徽省相对自然资源承载力、相对经济资源承载力和综合承载力及其动态变化过程。研究表明：1无论是与全国、东部经济发达地区还是西部不发达地区相比，安徽省的综合承载力都处于超载状态；2安徽省自然资源对综合承载力的贡献率占较高比例，是安徽省人口的主要承载资源，1991年以后相对经济资源承载力的贡献率逐渐上升，但对综合承载力的提高作用不大；3调整产业结构、合理开发自然资源、严格控制人口数量等是安徽省可持续发展的重要对策。
Abstract:
The idea and method about relative carrying capacity of resources is taken. The relative carrying capacity of natural resources, economy resources and synthetic capacity and their dynamic changes of Anhui Province from1978 to1998 were calculated. The conclusions were drawn: ①No matter compared with whole country, eastern developed area or the under-developed area in the west, the synthetic capacity of Anhui Province is in the state of overloading. ②The natural resources in Anhui Province takes higher proportion to the contribution rate of synthetic capacity. Though the contribution rate of economy resources rose gradually after 1991, there is no obvious improvement about synthetic capacity. And it is the principal resources to support population. ③It is an important countermeasure about sustainable development of Anhui Province to adjust the industrial structure, to develop the natural resources rationally, and to control the population size strictly.
