- 对赤水市生态修复项目社会效益监测与评价进行了深入探讨，提出以农户监测为基础，从农村劳动力转移、产业结构调整、农民纯收入增长、土地节约等方面跟踪调查、监测生态修复项目的社会效益的理论与方法。在获取监测数据的基础上，采用对比综合评价法进行项目社会效益评价。评价结果显示，项目的实施产生了巨大的社会效益，促进了项目区农民脱贫致富和区域社会经济的全面发展。
- Abstract:
- Monitoring and evaluation on social benefit of the ecosystem recovery project(ERP) is main parts of Chishui ERP.The authors suggested that the monitoring and evaluation methods by labor moving,industry structure adjustment,income increase, land-saving,etc.depended on date of monitoring,the social benefits of ERP were evaluated.The results show that the ERP has advanced the social development and helped peasants to get rich in Chishui mountain areas.
