摘要:
陕北老区养羊业发展历史悠久，养羊业是其畜牧主导产业中重要的传统优势产业，又是人们经常强烈地干预着的大农业生态经济系统中重要的生态经济子系统之一。在全面分析陕北老区实施封山禁牧、退耕还林（草）生态环境建设工程和加入WTO新形势对该区养羊业的影响带来的机遇与挑战后，认为现阶段陕北养羊业必须放弃传统的放牧养羊生产体系，提出发展高效设施养羊是实现陕北老区养羊业可持续发展的根本出路。
Abstract:
Sheep raising has a long history in northern Shaanxi and is a leading industry in husbandry, which has great influence on ecological environment and economy.By analyzing the effect of closing hillsides to ban grazing, converting slope farmland into forest and grassland, and China’s accession into WTO on sheep raising, it is draw a conclusion that sheep raising in northern Shaanxi should abandon traditional way of grazing, and develop highly-effective facilities to rear sheep.
