摘要:
在简要介绍可持续发展理论的基础上，提出运用西蒙理论评价水资源可持续发展的方法体系，并作出假设实例分析和深入探讨，指出了本研究中存在的不足和发展趋势。
Abstract:
On the basis of a brief introduction to the sustainable development theory, the evaluation method system of water resource applying Siemon theory is put forward.Then it devised a imaginary example analysis and further discussion.At last, the shortcomings and development trend is pointed out.
