- Abstract:
- In accordance with the practice of water conservancy construction and control flood fight against drought,with the analysis on historic data of hydrology,meteorology and drought flood disasters in 50 years in Anhui Province.The author expounds characteristics of drought flood disasters,factor of nature and social,and puts forward countermeasure of synthetic prevention and control.
