应用室内土柱模拟试验方法,在可控水量条件下,研究不同水量淋溶情况下,土壤不同形态氮素在剖面中的分布和移动特征.研究表明,土壤有机氮组分中,氨基酸氮和NH3-N是易于移动的形态,非酸解性氮则相对稳定;无机氮组分中NO3--N是易于移动的形态,NH4+-N运移性差,非交换态NH4+-N为相对稳定形态;水、肥条件是决定NO3-

Applying simulated experiment of artificial soil column under the condition of controllable water amount,the distribution and movement features of soil nitrogen in different forms in soil profile are studied with different water amount leaching.The result shows that nitrogen in amino acid and NH3-N are the forms easily to move,but non-acid-hydrolyzable nitrogen is relatively stable in constituent of soil organic nitrogen,NO3-N.It provides us with scientific basis for field moisture and nitrogen management to understand and master moving principle of soil nitrogen in soil profile,this study shows the perspective of simulated experiment technique for further revealing of nitrogen movement in different forms and its kinetic mechanism.
