摘要:
土地利用方式对农业及区域可持续发展有重大影响，搞好土地资源利用方式评估是转变农业资源利用方式、实施可持续发展战略的基础.在初步探讨土地资源利用方式及其评估有关理论的基础上，设计了土地利用方式评估的技术方法，并将其应用到晋西残塬沟壑区耕地利用方式评估中，根据评估结果提出了晋西残塬沟壑区耕地利用方式转变的重点县区.
Abstract:
The Utilization way of land resources exerts a tremendous influence on agricultural and regional sustainable development.The evaluating well utilization way of land resources is the foundation of changes about utilization way of land resources and implement about strategy of sustainable development.Based on the study about theory of utilization way of land resources,the evaluation method about utilization way of land resources is designed.The method was applicated by the evaluation of utilization way of cultivation in the broken loess plateau of Shanxi.Based on the result of the evaluation,the major regions about utilization way changes of cultivation in the broken loess plateau of Shanxi is put forwand.
