- 应用综合治理指标评价体系，对湖北省宜昌县乐天溪流域实施可持续发展的综合治理效益指标进行评价，其结论是：总效益指数为0.826，效益良好，尤其是经济效益和削洪减沙效果十分显著，但从分项指标看出土壤肥力、土壤侵蚀的控制、人均纯收入等指标尚有待提高。
- Abstract:
- Letian Brook watershed belongs to the area of Yichang in Hubei province,which isbeing harnessed under the guide of the long term development plan. Applying the evaluated in-dexes of comprehensive harnessment,we make adequate analysis and draw a conclusion that theindex of the total benefits is 0. 826,and the benefits of the watershed’s comprehensive harnessment are good in particular,the economic benefits and the effect of flood control are very obvious,but based on classification indexes,we know that indexes such as the soil fertility,the con-trol of soil loss and people’s average incomes are expected to be improved.

作者简介:赵春华，男，出生于1962年2月，工程师，现在湖北省宜昌县水土保持办公室从事水土保持技术工作。1992年曾荣获湖北省荡洲坝库区水土保持先进工作者，两次获得湖北省水利厅科技进步三等奖，两次获得宜昌市人民政府科技进步三等奖。在《中国水土保持》及《湖北水土保持》发表论文10篇。
