- 从城乡协调发展的内涵出发，构建了评价城乡协调发展的指标体系。选用陕西省10个地级市2012年城乡发展数据，运用因子分析法和SPSS软件，对10个地级市城乡协调水平进行了测度。根据各市综合得分、主因子得分及载荷特点，对陕西城乡协调发展市域差异的整体表现特征、各市的特点及形成原因进行了分析评价。结果表明：（1）陕西10市城乡协调发展水平相差较大，按综合得分可分为4个梯队，各市城乡协调特点在空间上与陕西三大地理区有一定的关联性，但关联性不是很强；（2）各市在城乡协调发展方面所表现的优势与劣势差异显著。（3）在10市中，存在多种城乡关系类型，有的城乡发展水平都高，有的城乡水平都低，有的城乡水平差距很大等。（4）在影响各市城乡协调发展水平的多种因素中，城乡居民收入和城镇化水平对城乡协调发展影响较大。通过分析评价陕西省各市城乡协调发展水平差异及原因，为分类指导和制定各市的城乡发展政策提供了科学依据。
- Abstract:
- According to the connotation of urban-rural coordinated development, we built evaluation index system. Using data of 10 prefecture level cities in Shaanxi Province 2012, and using factor analysis method and SPSS, the urban- rural coordinated development levels of 10 cities in Shaanxi were measured. According to the comprehensive scores of each city, principal factor scores and the load characteristics, the overall characteristics of difference among cities, characteristics of each city and its cause in Shaanxi urban-rural coordinated development were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that:(1) the differences of urban-rural coordinated development level among 10 cities were obvious;on the basis of the comprehensive scores, the 10 cities could be divided into 4 echelons;from space perspective, there is a certain degree of correlation between the urban-rural coordinated characteristics of cities and three geographical regions of Shaanxi, but the correlation is not very strong;(2) the advantages and disadvantages of each city in the urban- rural coordinated development had significant difference;(3) in 10 cities, there were many types of relationship between urban and rural areas, some urban and rural development levels were high, some urban and rural levels were low, and some large gaps between urban and rural areas could be seen, and so on;(4) in a variety of factors that affect the level of each city in urban-rural coordinated development, the urban-rural resident income and urbanization level influenced it remarkably. By analyzing and evaluating the difference of urban-rural coordinated development of 10 cities in Shaanxi, this research can provide the scientific basis for the classified guidelines to different types of cities and making urban-rural development policy.
