- 通过田间试验研究不同氮肥用量对多种蔬菜硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明：随着氮肥用量的增加小白菜、番茄中硝酸盐的含量随之增大。在同一施肥水平下，小白菜硝酸盐含量高于番茄上百倍，说明叶菜类较茄果类易富集硝酸盐。
- Abstract:
- The influence of different nitrogen dosage on nitrate accumulation in vegetables was investigated. The experimental results showed that the nitrate contents in Chinese cabbage and tomatoes increased with the nitrogen dosage increase.With the same fertilizing level, the nitrate content in Chinese cabbage was hundred times of that in tomatoes. This result inllustrated that the leafy vegetables enriched nitrates more easily than eggplants and fruits.
