摘要:
根据满足河流健康相应的水质目标要求，确定设计水文条件，计算出玛纳斯河及蘑菇湖水库相应的水环境容量，在对污染物排放进行预测的基础上，提出流域在2010年、2015年的污染物排放控制方案，为流域的水资源保护与管理提供科学依据。
Abstract:
According to water quality requirement of the river health, the water environmental capacity of Manas River and Moguhu reservoir were calculated under the designed hydrological conditions in this paper. Based on contamination prediction, the gross pollutants control scheme for the years of 2010 and 2015 in the river and the reservoir was proposed, providing a scientific basis for water resources protection and management.
