- 通过对山西省不同立地类型区退耕还林实施情况调查，对该省退耕还林存在问题及相应对策做了探讨。主要是退耕还林物种配置与植被地带性规律相吻合的问题；退耕还林规划问题；退耕还林工作经费及不同地区、不同林种补助问题；对已有林木的生态效益补偿问题；退耕还林后的土地（林地）流转问题等。
- Abstract:
- The existence question and corresponding countermeasures are discussed on the basis of the investigations of the different vertical type-area on which cropland is turned to the forestry in Shanxi province. Questions are: Whether the species disposition and plant cover region regular is fit each other, how to plan the forestry; how to deal with the work funds and allowance of the different forest and area; how to compensate for the ecology benefit of the forest tree; how to solve the land (forest land) circulation problem after turning the cropland to the forestry and so on.
