摘要:
通过对凉山彝族自治州昭觉县地质灾害调查和资料分析,该区地质灾害类型包括滑坡、泥石流、不稳定斜(边)坡和崩塌(危岩).研究了昭觉县地质灾害致灾因素包括内在条件和外部诱发2个方面.县域内地质灾害发育特征包括个方面:空间分布上具区域性、岩土体性、坡度和高程性;时间上具显著的季节性和演变性;地质灾害的威胁程度以小型为主,危险性大和中等的灾害点以滑坡点数最多.并对昭觉县在地质灾害防灾减灾方面存在的问题进行了探索,提出防灾减灾措施方面应该加强宣传、落实责任、技术研究、科学管理及增加投入等.
Abstract:
Based on plenty of surveys and analysis of data in Zhaojue county of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,the paper points out the types of geological disasters include landslide、debris flow、unstable slope and collapse(crack).This paper studies the causes of geological disasters from internal and external conditions;features of geological disasters embody three aspects:characteristics of region,rock,gradient and height in space;prominent seasonal occurrence and evolution in time;Geological disaster threat degree is from small scale primarily,and landslides are the largest number of huge and medium risks.Finally,this paper explores issues existed in geological disaster prevention and cure of Zhaojue County;countermeasures of geological disasters should concentrate on strengthening propaganda,performing duties,technology research,scientific management,increasing invests and so on.
