目前土地整理规划设计中常对降雨量进行频率分析来选取灌溉设计保证率及其对应典型年,这种方法没有充分考虑降雨时空分布,而采用对作物净灌溉需水量进行频率分析则可弥补这一缺陷,更具合理性。
- Abstract:

Now, rainfall frequency analysis is used commonly to determine probability of irrigation water requirement, and to choose typical years for irrigation project design during the plan and design of the land consolidation.This method doesn’t consider the rainfall distribution sufficiently, but the results of frequency analysis of net irrigation requirement can make up for these disadvantages and are valid.
