对新疆融雪洪水的特征及其形成原因进行了详细的分析,由于融雪洪水的形成机理、发生发展过程不同于其他类型洪水,融雪洪水具有其独自特点,主要表现在:①洪水出现时间相对集中,规律性强;②洪水持续时间长,洪峰宽缓;③洪水量级多变,相差极大;④昼夜变化明显;而积雪深度、热力条件、降水状况等对其产生直接影响,是影响洪水形成的主要因子。文章还据此提出了相应的防洪措施,对新疆融雪洪水的防治以及干旱区水资源的可持续利用有重要意义。

The features of snowmelt flood and factors which caused the flood are analyzed.Because of the difference between snowmelt flood and the other type in the processes of the occurance and the evolution of the flood, the snowmelt flood has it’s own features:① the time of the flood centralized comparatively and it has strong regularity; ② the time which the flood last is very long and the peak is very wide; ③ the magnitude of the flood is usually changed and has great discrepancy; ④ the variety between day and night is obvious.The depth of the snow cover, the conditions of heat and precipitation are main causes of the conforming of snowmelt flood.Some flood control measures also brought forward, it is very important for the controlling of snowmelt flood and the sustainable use of water resource in Xinjiang.
