- 环天山地带是新疆水资源相对丰富的地区，干旱缺水依然是最突出的问题，同时还存在水资源时空分布不均，利用率低下，水利工程落后以及水资源开发利用不合理等问题，在对环天山地带水资源状况以及开发利用分析的基础上提出了建设节水型社会，合理开发利用水资源，实现水资源与社会、经济、环境的和谐是区域社会经济发展的必由之路。
- Abstract:
- Water resources of Tianshan-circling zone is relatively rich in Xinjiang,but the most outstanding problem is still drought and water shortage,meanwhile other issues,such as:uneven distribution of water resources in time and space,low utilization rate,irrigation works getting behind and unreasonable exploitation and use of water resources,keep ubiquity in this area.Base on the analysis of its water resources condition and exploitation,it is proposed that the regional socio-economic development way of this zone should be building a water-saving society,rational development and utilization of water resources,actualizing the harmony during water resources,society,economic and environment.
