- 辽宁的洪水灾害受区域自然环境的长期性特征制约与全球气候变化的影响，发生次数多、损失程度大.在分析其洪水灾害原因的基础上，结合工作实际提出了相应的减灾措施.
- Abstract:
- Influenced by the natural environment and global climate change,the flood disaster in Liaoning occurred many times and cost large losses.On the basis of analyzing the causes of the flood disaster and combining with practical situation,the corresponding measures for disaster-reduction are put forward.
