- 城镇化快速推进所引发的城镇水土流失危害已尤为严重，并与城镇生态环境建设、城镇社会经济发展和城镇居民生活质量提高形成了背道而驰的不和谐局面.立足城镇化所造成的水土流失机理分析，探讨了城镇水土保持的理论内涵，提出了防治原则和措施，进而构建了城镇水土保持所追求的生态系统健康维度及城镇水土保持的多效应聚合性，最终结合河北省鹿泉市城镇水土保持生态建设的实践探索阐发了己见.
- Abstract:
- Urban water and soil loss caused by the rapid development of urbanization has become more and more serious.It was opposite to the urban eco-environmental construction,the urban social-economic development and the pursuit of urban citizens’ living quality.The authors analyze the mechanism of water and soil loss,explore the connotation of urban water and soil concorcation,propose the protection guidelines and countermeasures,which,in turn,construct the eco-system health dimensions that urban water and soil conservation pursues and multi-effect aggregation of urban water and soil conservation.Finally,taking Luquan as a case,the eco-construction practices of urban water and soil conservation are discussed.
