摘要:
根据天津蓟县水土保持工作的特点和需求，对蓟县水土保持管理信息系统的建设需求进行了分析，对系统体系结构、系统数据库结构设计、系统功能设计和系统应用等进行了浅述。此系统的建设实现，是对全国县级水土保持管理信息系统开发与应用进行的一次新尝试。
Abstract:
Based on the characteristic and demand of soil and water conservation in Jixian Tianjin, the management information system on soil and water conservation in Jixian Tianjin were designed and constructed. the information system construction demand, structure of syetem, database construction, function and application were depicted, which will bring forward a new attempt for the design and applying of management information system on soil and water conservation in county.
