矿区建设和利用过程中占用大面积土地,排放大量岩土废弃物,扰动原地貌和地表植被,对水土资源、生态环境造成严重破坏.如果再采用过去“先开采后治理”或“只开采不治理”的方法,势必会导致生态恶化趋势更为严重.因此以鞍钢矿区开采为例,探讨矿区开采生态恢复治理的可持续发展模式.

Lots of lands were engrossed in the course of the building and utilizing of diggings.A mass of rock-soil offals were let out,and disturbed the physiognomy and the earth’s surface vegetation.These destroyed water and soil resource and environment severely.If the methods are adopted again,which are "exploitation first and control after" or "only exploitation without control",this will result in serious deterioration of ecology.So taking Anshan diggings for an instance,the sustainable development mode of ecological recovery in diggings exploitation is discussed.
