大渡河流域水力资源丰富,具有水电开发的良好条件,但流域水电开发期间水土保持问题值得特别关注。分析了流域水土流失的背景条件和现状,提出了流域水电开发期间和开发后水土保持的措施,客观地评价流域开发和水土保持的相互影响关系,探讨兼顾流域水电开发和水土保持的可持续发展问题。

The Dadu River valley has greatly abundant water resources,and it has the good condition to develop water power station,soil and water conservation deserves special concern during the valley construction.The background condition of basin soil erosion and the current situation were analyzed;the measures for the soil and water conservation were put forward during and after the valley construction.The relations between the valley construction and soil and water conservation were analyzed objectively.Consideration was given to the sustainable development problem referring to the valley construction and soil and water conservation.
