摘要:
根据西部生态环境存在的植被破坏严重，水资源紧张、沙漠化继续蔓延、水土流失加剧、地质灾害增多、城乡污染扩大等九大问题，提出科学、合理地进行退耕还林还草，因地制宜，适地适树，并且要搞好农村劳动力转移，提高农民收入、完善农村投入机制等六大解决途径。
Abstract:
According to the nine problems existing in western China environment,such as destroyed vegetation,water resource shortage,desertification,soil and water loss,geological disaster,the expansion of pollution.The authors point out six settlements,i.e.,returning farmland to forest and grassland,planting trees and grass species adapting to local conditions,transferring country labor force to other industries,increasing farmers’income,improving investment mechanism.
