摘要:
21世纪是全球水资源供需矛盾空前尖锐的时代，水资源短缺成为经济社会可持续发展的重要制约因素已经在许多区域凸显出来。沈阳是缺水地区之一，人均占有水资源量仅4876m3，约是全国人均占有量的1/5。分析了沈阳区域水资源的动态变化、水资源的利用现状。提出了区域水资源可持续利用的对策，为政府进行水资源宏观调控和工程建设决策提供科学依据。
Abstract:
Contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is becoming more and more serious all over the world in the 21st century,shortage of water resources becomes the important condition of sustainable development,it has been out in many regions.Shenyang region is one of the the areas of shortage of water,the occupation of per capita is 486 m3,it is 1/5 of that in China.The authors analyze the dynamic changes of water resource and present state of exploitation and utilization in Shenyang region,provide methods of regional water resource of sustainable utilization,and scientific reference for the government to take decision of macroscopical control and engineering construction about water resource.
