以湖南省长防林效益定位监测站为基础,在全省一期长防林内根据不同的地质、土壤及不同的林分类型分别设立固定样地和半固定样地,通过定位研究和面上调查,对湖南一期长防林碳汇量及生态经济价值进行了研究。1991~2002年湖南一期长防林总碳汇量约为1012.86万t;湖南一期长防林生态经济总价值约150.16亿元/a,其中直接经济价值约4.96亿元/a,占总价值3.3%,间接经济价值约145.2亿元/a,占总价值96.7%。

Based on the successive monitoring findings from the fixed and semi-fixed monitoring sites of the Yangtze River protection forest located at different types of geological land and soil, a comprehensive analysis on carbon sink and ecological benefits resulted from the stage I of Yangtze River protection forest project in Hunan was made. The results indicated that from 1991 to 2002, the total carbon sink in the protection forests established at the project stage I of was 10,128,600 tons. The total ecological benefit was 15.016 billion yuan annually, of which 3.3% (496 million yuan annually) was direct economic benefit, 96.7% was indirect economic benefit(14.52 billion yuan annually).
