摘要:
根据西北地区水资源的特点，分析了西北地区水资源利用系统的概念、类型与简化模型结构，并根据区内不同的水土平衡反馈机制，以节水改土为中心提出了水资源可持续利用的战略与对策。
Abstract:
Based on the theory of system,ecology and dissipative structure,the author studies the past,the present situation and the type of the water resources utilization system of the northwest China and suggests hydro-control and soil improvement are the keys to the rational exploitation and utilization of water resources.The patterns of water resources utilization system was set up in the light of types of the different systems.Finally,the author suggests concrete affective countermeasures of water resources utilization and appropriate technical measures.
