- 通过对龙泉河小流域进行治理与开发相结合的连续5年整治和验收后10年巩固、提高，使昔日沟壑纵横，生态环境恶劣的小流域，变成山清水秀、郁郁葱葱的新农村。农业总产值比治理前的1987年，增加了24倍。促进了当地农村经济的可持续发展。
- Abstract:
- After 5 years of harnessing the Longquanhe small drainage area in combination with its development as well as 10 years of consolidation and improvement, the small drainage area, which has ravines with degraded eco-environment, now has taken a new look with luxuriantly green hills and clear waters.The total agricultural output value increased by 24 times compared with that in 1987 before harnessing as a result of boost in sustainable development of local agricultural economy.
