- 通过对天水地表水资源、地下水资源、降水资源、水资源利用现状以及水资源开发利用中存在问题的分析，提出了该区水资源利用与管理的对策。

- The author analyzes the surface water resource, groundwater resource, precipitation resource, present conditions of resource and the existing problems of water utilization.It offers some countermeasures for the water resources utilization and management in Tianshui City in Gansu Province.
