摘要:
实施市地重划，政府可无偿取得公共设施用地，节省庞大公共设施建造费地用，而且可消除畸零土地，提供方正建筑用地，达到地尽其利之目的。台湾地区自1958年由高雄市开始办理市地重划起，至2001年底止，公办、自办市地重划合计办理完成669区，面积13584hm2。各县市中，台中市完成市地重划面积1826hm2，仅次于高雄市2658hm2；台中市第十期军功、水景市地重划区外，施工期间因连续豪雨使边坡崩塌，故对崩塌及影响区域作一全面整治，采用较符生态理念之坡面喷植草种及混凝土植草框等植生工法，配合排水系统及挡土工程，面积约1.5hm2，以确保该区长期之稳定。2000年10月完工后，2001年历经桃芝台风及暴雨而无灾害产生，显示水土保持措施已俱功效。
Abstract:
After urban land consolidation, the government will not only save a huge amount of expenses for construction, but also will integrate irregularly shaped lands and will achieve the goal of sharing land profits.There are 669 districts with an area of 13584 hm2 to be done until 2001 in Taiwan Province.The tenth urban land consolidation in Taichung City near edging took place landslide for continuous storm.So the ecological planning and design were used to control the coverage and landslide areas about 1.5 hm2, such as hydro seeding and free frames with grasses combined drainage works and retaining walls on the slopeland revegetation.The engineering suffered the heavy Tau Tzu typhoon in 2001 still maintaining the stability situation that revealed the successful vegetation engineering.
